Who We Are

Meet the experts behind TheNGINE

Meet the some of the wonderful organizations who make it all happen. Comprised solely of volunteers, our team is passionate about naturism, the challenges it faces, and seeks to find ways to see the naturist movement expand for the next generation.
TheNGINE stands committed to address racism in our lives. We acknowledge the systemic nature of racism surrounding us that specifically targets and oppresses BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). We'll investigate ways in which the next generation of naturists can work to eliminate racism within the naturist community and to become more inclusive of those that have been disenfranchised as a result of systemic and socio-economic disadvantages.

History of Gay Naturism

TheNGINE has been working hard to curate the history of gay naturism as a modern movement. Who are we? Where did we come from? How did we survive years of challenges, politically, socially, medically, and economically? What challenges does gay naturism face today? How does technology play a factor? What are the obstacles to overcome for the next generation of naturists? Not only will our naturist archives help answer these questions but we'll talk about these and other issues in our monthly podcast - coming soon.
Our collective history may have some insight but we need to know what it is first. We'll look back at nearly 40 years of today's gay naturist movement to understand where we've been and look to the future to see where we're going.

Yoga Foundations for Life 


Yoga Foundations of Life is a relatively new, yet growing, nude yoga retreat at GNI's signature event. Naked yoga has grown increasingly popular over the past 20 years and TheNGINE has formalized the activity into a three-day intense yoga retreat. Hailing yogis from across the world, these trained professionals offer a variety of yoga disciplines in an all-nude setting. We look forward to seeing this outreach continue to grow in numbers and popularity.

Naturist Action Committe (NAC) has been a long-term staple of education for naturists all over the United States. NAC exists to advance and protect the rights and interests of naturists throughout North America. NAC supports the responsible recreational nude use of public lands.


For over 20 years, NAC has offered discussion groups and workshops at various nudist events addressing a variety of naturist-related topics covering topics of interest on nudism. TheNGINE looks forward to their participation at future events.

Celebrating the Body Erotic 


The New Body Electric School offers expertly guided educational experiences, grounded in the erotic and its integration with the sacred, to foster transformative personal and communal healing. They've been offering one of their signature classes to naturists at GNI's annual Gathering entitled, Celebrating the Body Erotic for many years. 


Their workshops have been successful primers that have introduced men to naturism. TheNGINE is proud to continue offering their program at events. 

Sexology 


Sexology is a brand new track of workshops tailored for the naturist community. Trained sexological bodywork practitioners facilitate a number of exciting workshops that help men connect with their bodies, and learn more about themselves, sex, intimacy, and pleasure. 


Through facilitated group sessions, naturists will explore the most important part of being human - their body - in a safe, thoughtful, and caring environment. TheNGINE is thrilled to expand these kinds of workshops to nudists everywhere.
